In order to place an order, add an item to your basket by clicking on the "add to basket" button on the sheet of the selected item. Be sure to indicate the size and quantity desired if necessary. Once your items have been selected, finalize your order by clicking on “my basket” then on “pay”.

You can then modify or validate your basket and select your delivery method before proceeding to payment.

You will be asked to complete your delivery and billing address by choosing one of the following two options:

Choose and fill in your payment method to finalize your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes. When your order is shipped, a second email will be sent to you with a tracking number to continue the delivery of your package.

Your bank account will be debited when your package is dispatched. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming the shipment of your order with its tracking number.

ANI ARPÉ has ​​a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to ship/return it to our return center for a refund or exchange.

Any claim regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted within 14 business days of receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label, etc.) and according to the following shipping conditions. The customer must first contact customer service by email at contact@aniarpe.com to obtain a return number to be noted on the package. The return authorization must be attached to the order along with any shipping information. No package will be accepted without a return number. This number must be written legibly on the package.

Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks relating to the return of the Product(s) are the responsibility of the sender.

For customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging complete with its attached label accompanied by all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. Items not returned or returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer. The customer does not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs and any potential customs duties.

Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

ANI ARPÉ cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to packages. Packages for which customer identification (first name, last name, address, and return code) is not possible will be refused.

Upon receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by email.
